1. Advertisement: With the help of magazines and brochure we will advertise our product along with our e-waste policies to our consumers who are Government departments, Schools and Colleges.
2.Toll Free Service: We will be having our toll-free service toll free no+91 18002700268 for queries related to our products and our e-waste management policies also for registering for e-waste pickup.
3.Marking Stickers and User Manual description: We will affix E-waste symbol on our product packaging which gives a clear message that the item in the pack cannot be put into the trash bin and should be submitted back to company or its authorized representative. Our toll-free no. will also be present in the sticker through which they can fix door pick up or get information about collection centre. The same message with brief introduction of e-waste and our toll-free no. will be provided in the user manual.
1.Always look for the information on the catalogue with your product for end of life equipment handling.
2. All the electrical and electronic products are required to be handed over only to the authorized dealers.
3. Keep the product in the isolated area, after it becomes non- functional/ unrepairable as to prevent its accidental breakage.
4. If the electronic equipment still works or can be repaired, then consider donating it back.
1.Do not dispose the product in garbage bins along with municipal waste that ultimately reaches to landfill.
2.Don’t sell or give the discarded hardware to any trash dealer.
3.Do not mix the products into household waste stream.
4.The product should not be opened by user himself/herself, but only by authorized service personnel.
